Or at least in the top 3. at 30/30 int/faith it gets 218 + ~250 dark damage on top of its 266 raw +x. With resonant weapon it has an AR of close to 750 dark + 300 ish raw. I've never personally used it but my friend does and it hits like a truck on steroids.
