WebThe new Squadron white putty is very much the same as the Tamiya product. My new go-to putty is Hubrol's fine white putty. It has the same characteristics as the old green stuff from Squadron but is much more fine. Quick drying time, strong, no shrinkage and sands beautifully! Milliput is great stuff for sculpting and structure.

It's okay for texturing bases - which is what I use it for.
