WebbI have two servers. One is Server 2008 R2 and the other is Server 2024. On the Server 2008 R2. there is a Windows application called "Share and Storage Management". I cannot find "Share and Storage Management" on the Server 2024 machine. The closet thing I can find on Server 2024 is a mmc snap-in called Shared Folders. WebbOpen the Microsoft Management Console ( MMC) and go to File > Add/Remove Snap-in. Click Local Users and Groups > Add > Another computer. Select the target computer, then click Finish. Open Local Users and Groups. Select Groups. Right-click Administrators and click Properties > Add DataSecurity Plus user.
