Will hold power, it wont slip, drivability is like stock, and the clutch stiffness is about 50% more. You wont get crankwalk with the RPS MAX blue for the IS300 as its a different pressure plate than the Supra boys. Solid hub with stock flywheel, sprung hub with aftermarket flywheel. The chatter you mention is most likely the 6 puck. Mark.
